You should run screaming from Carls Jr. Big Hamburger with its 470 calories.
If you are in the mood for some finger foods or want to feel like a kid again check out the chicken pieces that some of the fast food restaurants are offering. Do not eat the chicken strip basket at Dairy Queen. That basket of chicken has more calories than an entire meal. They top out at a whopping 1270 calories! A better choice by far is Wendys 5 piece chicken nuggets. They have a measly 230 calories.
For chicken sandwiches stay away from Hardees Big Fillet which has 800 calories. Go to KFCs Honey BBQ snacker instead, which has 210 calories.
So if you have to go out to eat, healthy options are out there. You just may have to go to three or four restaurants to get a full meal, but it is possible.
